The Montague Inn is a historic bed and breakfast in the heart of Saginaw, Michigan — a 1929 Georgian mansion set on eight acres along the shores of Lake Linton, just minutes from downtown. Since reopening as an inn in 1986, the Montague has welcomed travelers, couples and families looking for something warmer and more characterful than an ordinary hotel.
Our sixteen guest rooms are spread across the main mansion and the restored carriage house, each individually appointed with antiques, period furnishings and modern comforts. Every stay includes daily breakfast, complimentary secured WiFi, Roku-equipped TVs, free on-site parking, and the run of our gardens and grounds. It is the kind of place where you can read by the fire, wander the lakeside paths, and actually slow down.
Choose from our spacious Deluxe Suites with sitting rooms and fireplaces, generously sized Premier Rooms, comfortable Standard Rooms, and the private Carriage House retreats. Many rooms overlook the formal gardens and Lake Linton.
From the inn you are close to the Castle Museum of Saginaw County History, the Saginaw Art Museum, the Temple Theatre and the Japanese Cultural Center & Tea House, with Frankenmuth, Bay City and Midland all a short drive away. See our area attractions guide for ideas.
